I paced and paced,and finally threw open the door about and ran across the street and walked in the unlocked front door.The house was cool,seemed to be deserted and I went from room to room seeing evidence of packing being done.I sat down and cried,then pulled myself together after a while and started to leave.I heard a noise,a car pulled in,it was his car.I ran for the front door,it was now locked.I struggled with it,to no avail.I heard the door from the garage to the kitchen open and the footsteps coming toward me.
